You can go anywhere to exercise, but at Metrics Fitness Lab. Kick your weight loss into high gear with a 21-day meal plan designed by our nutritionist that includes a grocery list and nutrition tips for great success!

We perform regular assessments to obtain valuable information for a trainer to use when designing and implementing a corrective exercise program that is specific to the needs of each client. Celebrate your progress with a 6-week measurement Pay Day! This positive accountability measures you in nine parts of your body and tracks body fat percentage every six weeks to keep you motivated to achieve your fitness goals.

The most appealing thing about the nutrition program is that it allowed for real life in the middle of hard work. When I opened the packet and saw that there were suggestions for Mexican restaurants, I thought, "I can do this!" The mental work was done for me. All I had to do was follow the recipes or guidelines each week for each meal.
Our mission is to develop movement efficiency and transform every body through functional training and education. In my youth, I had an intense struggle with weight and body image and these issues fueled my desire to concentrate on nutrition and fitness.

My personal challenges were the drive behind starting Metrics Fitness Lab, a personal training studio that truly focuses on educating, and encouraging clients in their journey toward movement efficiency.This industry fails our community so often by creating more injury on the road to fitness, than improvement to the human structure.

I started going to Metrics because I wanted to work out but lacked in the intrinsic motivation and knowledge to do it on my own. I was drawn by the two free sessions but knew after my first workout that I was going to sign up for more! The small group setting and friendly staff make even the toughest workout fun. There is truly no judgement, as everyone in the studio wants to see you succeed!

I had been encouraged for months to try Metrics Fitness by a friend, but I was scared because I was so out of shape, but I knew I had to do something before it was too late. I found out it’s NEVER too late if you have Ike as your trainer. In one month I see changes I never knew I needed. Ike’s personalized approach takes each individual from where they are and creates a plan to match persons personal objectives. I already feel more toned and stronger. It’s the hardest and best hour of my day!!!!

Metrics Fitness Lab is a workout that is designed to your personal needs as you begin your workout journey and as you grow. So many places offer a one size fits all workout plan - not Metrics!
I love the educational aspect as well as it helps my brain connect with the exercises and the why behind a certain movement. In my two months with Metrics, I have learned so much about my personal makeup, health and am making better nutrition choices with the Get Fit Six Week Challenge.

I have been to 1 recovery class and 1 normal. The recovery class really made my body feel better than it had in a while! The normal fitness class was very tough but still doable. I am so excited the try my second class and really get started. I think they are what I have been looking for!

I have really enjoyed my time at Metrics Fitness Lab. The atmosphere is wonderful and friendly. I feel like Ike really cares about your journey and how to get the best results. Ike came highly recommended. I was very hesitant, after years of not working out and neck issues. I am so glad that I am doing the 6-week fitness challenge. Ike pushes you to do your best and is very encouraging and attentive. Classes are small and workouts can be intense, but they are adjusted to what you can do. Everyone is super friendly, and it hasn’t been intimidating walking in not having a clue of what you are doing. I highly recommend Metrics!

Really enjoy workouts at Metrics! Ike is a master at giving each person individual attention in the small group setting. He is always watching your every move and making adjustments to maximize the benefit of every exercise. I have trained with a personal trainer in the past and didn’t get even close to the attention with one on one training that I feel I get in Ike’s sessions. Every workout is great!

This is my third training session and I can already see a difference in my form and energy levels. The workouts are challenging and intense but Ike does a great job with meeting you where you are in your fitness journey. So far, it has been a great experience.
