They had only one tool of the type I needed and it did not work well. One staff member was snooty and rude when I brought it back. Blamed it on me and my accessories at the jobsite, before revealing that this tool required a unique hook-up. Told him if they knew that, I should have been told when I rented it. He was arrogent and gruffly accepted my request for a full refund. (Another employee, when I said that was no way to treat a customer, agreed and apologized!)
Customer may not always be right, but always deserves courteous treatment by staff. LOTS of rental outlets to choose from so I won

When I started it was great but this boot camp thing has really started to irritate me and many other and no one feels that a complaint at the front deck would even be passed on. The entire gym is being taken and and majority of the free weights are being taken at one time and are not returned for hours. And make is hard for everyone else to get a workout. Consider looking for a new gym. Boot camp classes do not need to be during prime time at a small gym.
