I’ve been seeing Carissa for a few years now and I can’t recommend her enough. I am a musician that suffers from several repetitive stress injuries and chronic pain. Carissa never fails to get me back in to shape after a long work week! Highly recommend myofascial or deep tissue work if you need more range of motion and mobility in your everyday life. I see Carissa for maintenance of sport related injuries and she is very diligent in hearing what kind of issues you may be experiencing and helping come up with a plan that will work for you. Carissa has been a life saver to me. I have a bad shoulder that’s been giving me fits for many years and I thought that surgery was inevitable until she started working on it. I no longer have issues with it and I continue to see her one a month for a deep tissue massage on my shoulder followed by a relaxing massage to take away the stress of life.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage from the most talented young lady Carrissa Jenkins. She has really gifted hands and she is such an adorable person.
