I booked a vacation with Right Connections Travel and after all that has happened with Covid19 I was unsure about going to Mexico. The staff at Right Connections Travel took care of me and was able to move my dates without any problems at all. I was so happy with the service.

Today is May 6th 2020, I cancelled my trip to Temptation due to Covid-19 last week and asked about the cancellation fee being waived. My trip is next month mind you, they told me that it was not affected by Covid!!! How the hell is it not affected?!?!?!? My state is sill under a no travel ban and Mexico is only open to essential personnel. Not vacation tourist. Needless to say this travel agency is only after the money and does not care about the well being of its customers. I going to temptation next year and WILL NOT BE BOOKING THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I suggest you stay away and find another company

We had to cancel our trip due to Covid, trip wasn’t until end of feb beginning of March 2021 and they had no compassion or sympathy for our situation. Told me I should have bought the insurance and said they taking my deposit. I booked this before the pandemic. I didn’t know this was going to happen however, never would book anything with these scammers. During these unprecedented times to see how this business went about my unfortunate situation I will be sure to tell everybody and all review places about it!
