Dr. Stark’s office was able to fit me in within a few days! I’ve been a patient at Alpine for several years and have had a fantastic outcome with each doctor that I e seen there. This time around, Dr. Stark was very thorough, spent time talking me through my options, and we made a great game plan moving forward with treatment. I was also happy that he suggested trying all treatment options, with surgery as the last one. I DID have to wait a little in the waiting room, but I see that as a positive actually. First of all they squeezed me in last minute because I was in a good deal of pain. That

I had leg pain that was bad enough I couldn't sleep. My wife had already been to Alpine Orthopedics for foot surgery, and was doing well with it. I met with Dr. Stark, who did xrays, read them, then suggested starting with a conservative approach, which I always favor. A course of two drugs for a short time gave me instant relief. Now waiting for a call from the physical therapy folks to get that part of the treatment going. They are nice, efficient, and effective. All you could want.

Much happier with Alpine Orthopedic than the main competition. Dr Kelleher is a bit of a perfectionist, and a humble one at that. He wanted to be sure to do for me what he would want and expect from any good surgeon. He even took the time to tidy up the mess left by the prevoius surgeon from the other place. It was a good thing he did, too, for there were some strange things going on. This was a bicep tear he was fixing, with a side of rotator cleanup from the last guy. Uttterly tickled I went here!

I had surgery on my hand as an outpaptient and the staff was great and knowledgeable and the doctors were great and very helpful always.. I found out in being transferred to the hospital that I need more air at night and if the anathologist had not help me, I would not have known. He came to see me the next morning and asked how I was and said he was sorry for having to have me be put there and now I am very glad he did because I would never have known the problem. Thank You to all the doctors, nurses and staff who have helped me through my visits. Thank You to all!!!!!

Nurse Biz and Dr O’Brien were very knowledgeable about the procedure I was having done. They both took the time to answer all of my questions and also provided information to follow up with any other questions or concerns prior to my procedure.
Post surgery update: still 5 stars. Dr O'Brien abs his staff were awesome and anyone looking at joint replacement (shoulder) I would definitely recommend Dr. O’Brien and his staff at Alpine Orthopedic.

Dr O'Brien and his team at Alpine have been fantastic as I worked through my knee injury, surgery, and recovery. I went to Alpine after receiving substandard care from another prominent orthopedic organization in Bozeman.
They spent the time to review the extent of my injury. Gave me options for different levels of surgery. Let me know fully what to expect with recovery.
All of this helped tremendously with future planning and when to best to schedule surgery.
Their in house surgery center made getting that work done more calming than a large hospital setting.
I'm grateful for the down to earth

I've been to Alpine Orthopedics I think 3-4 times and am very impressed with the clinic. I've seen Dr. Stark on all those occasions and he's always up front honest and gives me a practical recovery approach. Most clinics are quick to "cut" or recommend surgery and this isn't the case with Alpine Ortho. They recommend what's best for the patient and you don't always find that.
