Spacious floor plans include a private bathroom, providing graceful living with all the comforts of home. Our caring staff provides a variety of meaningful activities that enrich the mind, body, and spirit.
We offer memory care and assisted living. Brian and Rachael Spielmann, the owner's of Aspen Acres, make their home in Hayward and identified a need in the community. Rachael, a local physician, noted a need for quality memory care to offer options in their home community when the need for memory care arose.

Services
Memory care focuses on helping community members preserve their memory through activities designed to stimulate their mind. Residents will benefit from a lower staff to resident ratio which increases the individual attention and care provided to each resident. Daily activities include physical activity, like morning stretching or walking and social activities like reminiscence therapy and bingo.
Founder's Club is in recognition of the first 24 residents of Aspen Acres Assisted Living. All residents are recognized on a plaque displayed in the Aspen Acres Library. We are grateful for the families that trusted us to care for their loved ones and for those that continue to choose Aspen Acres to this day.
