The winter of 2017 I tore two ligaments in my right knee, my ACL & MCL. After surgery here in Hamilton, I did physical therapy at the catalyst, where I met an amazing pt who helped and taught me so much about my knee! After months of pt and 1 year later my knee feels almost 100%. I’ve been snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking and running again! I give many, many thanks to the wonderful staff at the Catalyst and most of all Suzy who was my PT at the time!

I started going to Catalyst after my therapist, Angela, began working there. Angela is very knowledgeable with sport injuries and had done wonders for my neck and back. Most recently, I began seeing both Angela and Suzy Berland for a hamstring injury that has plagued me for a couple years. Both therapists have very different approaches to treating the injury, and both are very effective. I am amazed at how much better my leg feels. I would definitely recommend Catalyst Physical Therapy for any issue.
