Our Certified service tech will ensure the use of engineering calculations that your new high-efficiency air conditioner will be large enough to cool your home on the hottest days of the year. Equally as important, they'll make sure your new central AC system is not oversized. Why would an extra large unit be problematic?
We recruit our guys from high school or kids of good character people we know. We pay for them to go to Travis Technical College at night and get their basic knowledge. During the day they ride with our lead techs and learn hands on. This allows us to guarantee our work 100% because we know our guys have not picked up any bad habits.
Central Florida Heating & Cooling is based out of Plant City as of early 2021. Even though CFHC has been in the HVAC business for many years, moving to Plant City was the right decision. Our company is located near Downtown Plant City which gives us quick access to all main roads and just a few minutes from I-4.

Central Florida Heating & Cooling was recommended by a neighbor and they are the most professional group I’ve dealt with in any service industry. Immediate response and fast service. Angel and his team went out of their way to quickly diagnose and immediately start working on my ac to get it back up and running. They helped locate my parts warranty and handled all the warranty procedures. Once the part was ready they even came out on a Saturday and worked in a 100+ degree heat index.
Ac is cooling quicker than it has in past several years.

Excellent service. Checked our unit and determined after servicing the unit with no success confirmed what I already knew....after 18 years I had to replace my AC unit. Recommended a new unit and answered my questions thoroughly. After the install checked back with me too make sure the unit was working to expectations. Call these guys. You will be happy you did.
