I just want to say how disappointed I am in your company. I completely understand it's a very busy time for you. However my order was not only 20 days past the original estimated complete date. Then I'm given an email at 10:22am on December 22nd that my order is ready for pick and needs to be picked up by 4:30 that same day!!! A 6 hour window to pick up by the shut down is very unprofessional. I now have 3 family member that won't be opening their Christmas gift!

I have never seen such a disorganized place. Two years in a row I have gone there to pick up jerseys and uniforms for our youth football and baseball teams. Both times we were notified that the uniforms were ready and when I arrived it was mass chaos. Both times I was told that the items weren't finished yet and some of the items were in Erie and some in the Meadville location. The uniforms we received a year ago did not fit our football players and when they remade them we were forced to pay them for the extra jerseys. This is a non-profit youth football organization and we were threatened to

I ordered shirts for my sons cross country September 5th and I have yet to recieve my order, they told me it would be ready by September 25th Well I called the 25th, they told me it was ready for pick up so I loaded my baby up and drove all the way which is more than 17 miles from where I live. Just to find out that its not ready. Then I was told my order will be done by the end of the week. Well didn't get an email til Wednesday saying my order was shipped now my son had his last race tomorrow and I still dont have my order. Super disappointed 😠😠

Creative Imprints does amazing work! Olivia has helped with so many wonderful t-shirts. She has helped with our Girls Mini League, Spirit Wear, Tournaments as well as helping with a personal shirt when my Nana passed away from Breast Cancer. The designs are always more than I even expect! I can't thank them enough for ALL the wonderful work they do. I highly recommend them and will continue to get shirts from them!
