Will definitely do business again! Big job with fantastic attention to detail. Honestly feels like our trees are taller and healthier and more full after Davis Tree took care of them! The crew worked hard and took a lot down, cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know they’d been here. It’s an incredible before-and-after experience for our 30+ year old magnolia and silver maple, plus two neighboring pines that like our gutters & fiber optic line!

The men that worked there were rude when i got outside to ask a question. They then left tracks in the yard and leaves and sticks everywhere! i called and the lady was nice but said the owner bobbie would not let them refund any of the money. sad

Several upper branches in our large (~40 ft) maple tree where broken by last fall's ice storm. The tree also needed maintenance and thinning. A three man crew came and did an excellent job of remedying these issues. They also did a great job removing all the trimmed branches and raking and cleaning the yard.

Nestor and his crew did a good job removing the tree. However, the stump was not properly ground down enough and we had to pay a landscaper to chop it out with an axe. If you use them, be sure they take out your stump properly. Also, the salesman, Jim did not come back later to check on the job like he said he would. When we talked to the owner, Dan, he was condescending when he talked to my wife. I would use another company if I had to do it over again.

Davis Tree Care took care of a potential problem for the sale of my father-in-laws house. The buyer wanted a huge elm tree removed from the property. This was one of the easiest jobs I had to schedule. From the first phone call to the actual removal of the tree, they were amazing. The sweetest moment for me was when I saw how well they cleaned up after cutting it down. I highly recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great! Tim is an excellent arborist, and his team are "artists." Their work trimming our large Norway maple, our yews, our redbud, and service berry shows how they understand the characteristics of these different species' growth patterns and what's best in terms of their health and beauty. SO pleased with the end result. They're "my tree guys" forever!

My experience with Davis Tree Care was great. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, and I timely received am estimate for the work to be performed and the work was completed quickly.
They were actually able to complete my work sooner than expected because they were working at my neighbors house. The estimator sent to my home, Jeff, was also working next door, and he remembered that I wanted work done. He stopped by and asked if he could do the work that day, and even worked with us on pricing.

Tim from Davis Tree Service responded to my request within hours and sent one of his guys the next day to grind out a stump in our courtyard. His crew was in and out quickly, did a fantastic job and did no damage to the surrounding flower beds. What a great experience! I highly recommend this team. Peggy. Oak Park, IL

Davis Tree Care gets great reviews. I now see why. We had a 40 foot high spruce tree that was suddenly coming up at the roots and leaning heavily on another tree. They quickly came out, provided an assessment and a very affordable quote. They prioritized our situation, noting that a storm was coming this week, and took the tree down and did so with experience and skill. They will now be our go-to tree service.

We contracted with Sterling Tree Solutions for removal of a very large and very dead ash tree on a neighboring property. The Sterling/Davis crew showed up and did a masterful job. They gave me a reasonable quote last year for tree removal. I dragged my feet in spending the money but it had to be done. I'm a first time home owner and wasn't sure about the price. My neighbor and my mom reassured me their price was awesome for my size tree so I hired them. They were quick, clean and efficient. Girl on the phone was very pleasant to deal with too! If I need them again, they will be the first place I call.

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was the second time we used Davis Tree Care. Last year for trimming 5 trees around our property. This year to remove an Ash tree that was dead on the shared property line. We had a reasonable estimate the same day. Scheduled removal within one week. They were professional and the job was completed very quickly. Both of our yards were left clean. I will only use Davis Tree Care for our tree trimming/removal needs.

Kevin came out and gave me an estimate and timeline for removal of a HUGE Willow tree in my backyard that had died due to the drought in 2012. I had gotten four other estimates and accepted Davis Tree Care. Kevin and the crew came out on schedule and when they were done, it was if no one had been in my backyard except for the fact the Willow tree was now gone. Excellent service and wonderful people. How often do you hire somebody to do something and they come when they say, give a fair estimate, perform the work as promised when promised and leave with everything complete buy the payment! Wow wow wow!!
Both my neighbor and I were very impressed. So nice to hire somebody trustworthy and responsible. Things would all work so much better if all businesses (or at least most!) were like this!!!

We had to have a couple limbs cut off a large tree in our back yard w/ a 4' fence, a 5' fence and a garage around it, so we emailed Dan, he came out quoted the job and was able to make an appointment w/ us. He was very flexible on the appointment date, was on time for the job, cleaned up our yard and the neighbor yard, company very pleasant to work w/.
Most of communication was via email rather than phone calls.
