As a small organization, we rely on NetIntegration to ensure that our network remains available, current and secure. They are especially good at identifying and solving desktop support issues quickly and completely. But for us, their greatest value has been in saving us from ourselves, gently steering us toward sound solutions, and answering questions when we do not know how to ask them. Recommended.

We have been using Net Integration as our IT service provider for over a decade now and they are without a doubt the best IT firm I've used for a company. They are fast to get you up and running if you run into an issue and have outstanding level of knowledge about computer hardware and software. We have some equipment in our shop that the company is based out of Amsterdam. The equipment wouldn't connect to the network so Net Integration called the company in Amsterdam and sorted out our issue with the company while they were both logged into the system. We had minimal downtime due to Net Integration

They are not done until your systems are running smoothly or your request has been completed to your satisfaction. Since our implementation we have had a few areas we have needed assistance in and the team there has gone above and beyond. I'm not sure what I would do without Net Integration! What a terrific team they have- with a special shout out to Charlie Sharp! Any time I call, they take care of me and whatever computer/scanner/printer/etc. issue I have with skill and speed. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and quick.
