JUST SAYING....HIGHLY disappointed....had requested a funeral arrangement for a very close and dear friend of mine. Granted was unable to attend....I was sent pictures of the arrangement....the arrangement was partially dead for the viewing and funeral....at least a phone call for my options would have been appreciated...
When I called back, I asked why the arrangement didn't last, the "lady" said I was "attacking" her character, which was completely untrue....granted it was on the smaller side, never the less....she respectively hung up on me....
Maybe I'll get a call back....doubt it....
