Exterior car wash is always good, but the express interior was not worth the extra $15. They left a layer of dust on the dash, dirt on the seats, and in general the interior did not look wiped down. The mats had been cleaned well though. I would return for just an exterior wash.

Came here to get a wash for my pickup truck walked out and seen a bunch of scratches on my brand new pickup. Didn’t even clean the interior at all! Went and spoke to the manager and advised him of the scratches and they are clearly in the same form and shape and there’s no dents or anything which clearly shows that it’s from the machine and he then expressed there’s cameras and we watched and there’s a bunch of dirt spots but no scratches shown whatsoever! He told me tough luck and didn’t want to acknowledge it at all. Stay away from this place cause they could care less poor business

Took my Suburban in to get leaf stains removed from the paint. The professionalism / customer service by Ihab was exceptional. Did not try to over sell me on anything and took the time to show me the results of the wax and clay bar treatment. He made sure I was happy before I left the shop. Would recommend to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my first visit here. All my rims were still dirty after going through the wash and no one noticed until I pointed it until I pointed it out. They only washed 2 of my mats. The cargo mat in the rear was so wet I had to shake off what I could. There was still sand on the mats I'm the rear seats and on the side of the floor near the door. There was still crumbs in one of the little storage areas in the front driver side too. When I pointed out that all my running boards and rear fenders were still dirty they didn't do anything. I won't be back.

Wow. This place was amazing. Took my car in to get it detailed before selling. The staff was extremely personable and professional. Due to work schedules, we were running late to pick up the vehicle before they closed once it was ready. The staff insisted upon waiting for us to arrive that evening - going above and beyond what was expected. The detailing job they did on the car was phenomenal! TopShine is an amazing place to keep my 2020 JEEP Rubicon looking sharp inside and out any day of the week. The Staff and Mgt folks are quick to address anything that falls short of 100% satisfaction, notwithstanding free coffee and water while you wait!! Always an enjoyable experience which affords me more time to work my schedule and leisure plans without spending hours on my own washing my JEEP!!

I have never experienced a better Carwash then Top Shine. The friendly atmosphere, the professionalism from all the employees we encountered and the care the owner shows not only too the customers but too his employees as well! On many occasions I have witnessed supervisors coaching and training their employees all while not sacrificing customer… service. On one occasion my truck tailgate didn’t get cleaned well because my hitch was sticking out, totally my fault for not taking the hitch off, without hesitation my truck was put back through the Carwash and I was educated on the hitch

Best carwash in Northern VA. From the staff to the owner, you won't find a more friendly and competent team. Their services are top notch and the facility is state of the art. If you own a heavily customized JEEP or exotic that no other carwash will touch...no worries, Top Shine offers a steam cleaning option that is very reasonably priced. What else can I say...

I love this place! From the line crew to management to ownership! It started by taking my husband's work truck for detail and after seeing the phenomenal results I became a member in June for my car. The line crew is always in a good mood and takes great care of my car, the management greets me by name and is always friendly but my favorite part is seeing the owner on the line working along side his crew during a rush and always making sure no spots are missed. I never feel like my car is rushed through, even on the busiest days! Thanks Top Shine for always making me feel like family and treating
