NEVER SHOWED UP! I booked Picture Perfect for a graduation celebration. Everything seemed very professional during the booking process from the contract to proofing the picture strips. We were very excited. Then we were extremely disappointed when they were a no show! I tried to call and got forwarded to a full voicemail box and emailed with no response. It is two days later and I still have not heard or seen any response from them. Instead of having photos to remember our once in a lifetime special occasion we are now very disappointed and a bit more untrusting.

Arrived on time!! Was very nice and accommodating to all the the teen guests taking pictures!! He was super nice as when he had already started breaking down the equipment I realized I had not gotten a picture with my twin daughters.. the graduates!! Was great, but for the sake of finding some constructive criticism.. A little bit more interaction with the host may be a good thing in the long run in terms of satisfaction & shoring up repeat customers. Like a waiter that does their job perfectly is great, but one that does that and checks in/chats with you an extra time or two is even better.

All of our guests had so much fun using all the props that were provided and the unlimited prints was amazing. The price was also great for the amount of time and the quality of the booth that we got. I liked that we could pick the type of booth to use so that is matched best with our wedding. At the end of our wedding the attendant gave us the photo album that our guests could sign throughout the night as well as a CD with all of the pictures taken. It was fun seeing how much fun our guests had! 100% would recommend!
