BUYER BEWARE!
We hired Bins n Bins Dumpster Rental Service to haul some boxes/packaging after a recent move. Unfortunately they also took my electric skateboard, which was stored on a garage shelf, nowhere near the junk pile.
When we called to report the missing item, they told us that they didn't have it. When we said that we had everything on camera, they miraculously found it. They claimed it was an accident, which is very hard to believe.
To their credit, they did return the item the next day. However, they denied any wrongdoing and still charged me for the hauling service, which is just

I've used B&B four times now, and each and every time I'm glad I did. They're always friendly on the phone, find my account swiftly, are always able to deliver that day or the next (or whenever you want) and pick up when they say they will. You don't have to be there, they take care of all of it. I feel their prices are totally reasonable, and the ease of it could not be improved. Totally loyal customer here.
