Great atmosphere ! Friendly people great art work ! And when I asked for an idea they always work with me and the work comes out great! I been going here for last 2 years to have my leg get worked on ! If I had more money I would be there more often !

Planned this out with Jared Blue with battle born. Been in contact with him since it was going to be a road trip to his shop. Drove 5.5 hours... stayed at a hotel the night before. Woke up the next day... getting ready for the appointment and he cancels less than three hours prior. He knew of the trip we were making. Stated he was sick since the day prior... would have been nice of him to at least warn us (two of us coming) the day prior when he knew he was sick with “cold sweats... chills... a fever” and not allow us to waste time and $$$ just because he was too lazy to say anything....

Had a tattoo done here about a week ago. Very clean shop. The work done was excellent. They were even able to squeeze my bf in for a tattoo without an appointment, ( although I'm not sure this is something regularly done). Employees are super friendly and professional. Archie did my tattoo and I highly recommend him. Found my new tattoo shop and can't wait to come back.

I was in Reno for a bowling tourney in 2016 and two friends had scheduled time to get tattoos here. While watching I decided to get another and was able to schedule time for the next day. Very pleased with the result.
Going to try to book another appointment when we head back out this year in June.

Zach at Battleborn does amazing work and is super thorough, not heavy-handed either. The shop is always clean and the other artists are friendly. I really like the vibe in the place. I highly recommend them and their work. Parking is easy to find unlike other shops in Midtown.
