From beginning to end, everyone that we had any contact with was nothing but professional and courteous. They added special and meaningful touches that were unexpected. They are wonderfull people they dont rush you into rushing your love one in the ground....when coming to the home to pick up our mother they were into no rush as they talked to our dad and us kids about the book the items that were leaving for us and whén to meet up at the funeral home and were greated then the day of the funeral it went smooth with our disfunctional family and she was laid to rest ...

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience we had with sweet kind peaceful Johnathan and all the staff during the recent loss of my father. They went above and beyond and left so many special touches that gave us peace in our hearts. No matter what we asked, they found a way to accommodate us and we are forever grateful. Today I will be hanging the tapestry they made mom, above dads chair in the living room “so that he is always with her.” If you ever have the need please work with the Coffman’s and you will feel the love!!

Mr. Coffman & his staff are such a caring & compassionate group of professionals. Their concern & care isn't fake. It is genuine, not put on. The staff evened help me entertain my rambunctious 2 year old grandson while the funeral service was being conducted. If that isn't great customer service then I am not sure what is. 😊 I paid close attention to how Mr. Coffman treated my grieving family. He gave clear & precise instructions so everyone knew how things would proceed, which was of course, the way the family had set forth. I couldn't have been more impressed with this group of individuals

I would highly recommend Coffman Funeral Home and Staunton Virginia . We had my grandmother's Services there two weeks ago and the staff was absolutely amazing they were so sincere and everything they've done and I would like to give a special special thank you to Jonathan who came to my grandmother's home I have not been able to stop thinking about how he treated us when he got there he was absolutely the best

Willie Coffman best funeral director ever!!! My mom past away in January here in MN. Had to transport her to Verona, and Willie took care of everything on his end! I had no worries once I got there. Its never easy to bury a family member specially your mom. Thank you Willie for everything. And the girl who works with you for the free White monster!
