Anita graduated from the University of South Dakota and has over 10 years of human resources experience in the Construction industry. As the HR manager, she oversees the hiring, development, and well-being of all Preston employees. Brandon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Leadership and a professional certificate in Project Management.
Training is a critical step we use to educate employees on safe practices in the workplace. Prior to starting all jobs, a pre-start assessment is conducted to review the outlined work, understand regulations, and ensure equipment, planned practices, and site conditions are safe for our team to proceed.
