My 1st hair dying experience:
I went in for a medium pink hair that was basically a fade from my natural color to solid pink. There was definitely a miscommunication somewhere and they left a lot of brown in the pink and did a pink that was a LOT brighter than what I wanted. This color also appeared very differently on my head after only 1 wash; 1 side become very bright pink and the other side was noticeably more purple-ish. And it was only more noticable as it faded as the purple said wasn't fading nearly as much as the pink side. When I reached out, my stylist said that colors just fade randomly

As my first time sitting in a professional salon chair for my haircut, I didn't know what to expect. Krystin made a welcoming environment and explained what was happening with my hair. I'm so happy she gave me a fun twist on my chosen hair color by doing a beautiful mix of lights & darks. She also did an amazing job on my wolf cut with an undcut. I can't brag enough on this salon. I took my 16 yr old niece to get her hair done and she had the time of her life! Everyone and I mean that passed engaged with her. And at the end everyone told her how great her hair looked. Stephanie was absolutely fantastic and my niece loved her along with everyone else she encountered. I also enjoyed myself. The staff was hilarious and friendly. It was honestly a great time!!!

Hands-down best place to go for anything you need done. I've had my hair done, my make up my nails and every single time they knock it out of the park above and beyond what I would even expect.

The best hair place in lafayette!! Response was very quick to get me in at last minute. I've started my dread journey and they are the best in lafayette!! Color, cuts, makeup, products and friendly staff!! I had the privilege of the owner helping me start my journey!! Very knowledgable and a cool vibe setting. You feel welcome the moment you walk in. Loved my experience at this salon. I had a blowout with Katie, who was so sweet & so helpful!! I was visiting from out of town, and she helped me combat the humidity, something I'm not used to, by pinning my hair up until my event, as well as sending me off with a shower cap in case of rain. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how much she looked out for me!! Would absolutely recommend!

The worst experience I've ever had. I had an appointment at 3:30 and I clearly stated that I had to leave by 4:15. They assured me that I would be finished by then. After waiting for 35 minutes, and about to walk out of the door at 4:05, the girl calls me in and asked what type of updo I wanted. I left at 4:30 pissed because I was late for my next appointment. When I got home 15 minutes later, my hair was already falling apart as shown in the picture. The salon needs to learn to say no if they aren't able to provide the services they promised.

This place is super cool and comfortable. They're always so nice and offer free water or coffee. The stylists are great at listening to their clients but also great at free styling it if you're looking for something neat but not quite sure what. The house it's located in is a really neat old house that I dream of living in so that helps with the atmosphere as well as the hundreds of vinyl records on the walls and soft music playing.

Ruined my hair!!!! I made my appointment on line, arrived and Jordan had no idea I had an appointment. Before doing anything I told Jordan I have white hair and I have been box dying my hair for years and I would like to go back to my natural color if at all possible, she said "not today" but she could "gradually" lighten me with highlights but it would take several appointments and 6 months to a year. After telling her I've been doing my own hair since a bad hair cut at 14 she assured me she would and could do a great job, in short she burned my hair, the foil she wrapped

I don't live in Lafayette and found this salon on Yelp. I was hoping for a blowout on a Monday, and being a hairstylist myself, know that most independently owned salons are closed on Mondays. The photos of the salon are what drove me in, the quality of work and the rock and roll esthetic of the salon. When I got there as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and my stylist, Jordan, came out and was a total delight from start to finish. I was very impressed and felt comfortable with her obvious skill with the blowdryer and round brush. I have very thick hair and for the most part struggle

I can't express how much I love The Headquarters!! Krystin is my stylist and she always knows exactly what to do. She takes her time & I never feel rushed or like just some person getting their haircut. Not only is Krystin wonderful so is the entire staff!!! Everyone is super nice & welcome!!
