Services
Pilates is functional fitness practice for everybody designed to strengthen the mind and body from the core. Pilates uses resistance exercises on different apparatuses with various props designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture with every movement. Pilates exercises target and challenge several muscle groups unanimously with efficiency and precision.
Renee has been an ardent Yoga and Pilates student for more than 20 years. She completed her comprehensive Pilates training with a student of Romana Kryanowska's program, who was trained by Joseph and Clara Pilates in their original New York Studio. Renee's training is both classical and contemporary.
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to move your body in all planes and ranges of motion to retrain your body's optimal functionality. Pilates focuses on strength training through resistance and body weight to increase flexibility, mobility and muscle definition. Every body can start pilates and gain rewards from their efforts because of its high ability to adapt to the individual's needs.

Megan was great and very professional. I was very happy that she wore her mask the entire class, equipment was sanitized, she checked to make sure no one had a fever or elevated temperature and the classroom was a perfect size. Thank you so much for taking all the necessarily cautions to keep us safe and allowing us to get back to working out and feeling good again.

This was my first experience with Pilates at this studio. The location is in a great part of town, very convenient. The studio space was vibrant and open. Mekelle is a very personable and attentive instructor. The class taught was engaging, and just the right amount of challenge. A great alternative to a gym environment. I highly recommend!

First of all, I own and operate a window and blind cleaning company here in Bend and with that comes al sorts of unnatural body contortions and movements. After seeing a few physical therapists about my knees in back, I was told about the benefits that Pilates could offer. Pilates has helped me strengthen my core, knees and control my body's movements.
Me'kelle is sensitive of your abilities and will help you get the basics/form down before she moves you to more intermediate excercises. If you didn't think Pilates could give you a work out, think again! This is a great way to strengthen your body
