How can I put this? Mike, Hughett and the team saved my rear end. Faced with an impossible task I threw at them, without notice. The PCR team provided expert support. They worked through multiple options with me to find the right solution. And then executed the lift with safety and precision. They had no previous history with me as a client, and could have easily turned down this work due to the difficult nature. But they came through like champions. I will not forget what they did for me today. Cheers guys.

Phoenix Crane brought out their 300T Grove for a long reach job. Operator was smooth and on point. We were using radios due to 200' radius. They couldn't have made the job go any better. Only crane company I've called since the early 90's.

Phoenix crane has always been there whenever I need them last minute especially. Never let me down. Jerry (GPS) as he is known did a job beyond belief. I would highly recommend this company as the rain caused many cancellations and they where available 24/7 to change dates. But more than that Jerry is your Crane operator

Would like to take a moment to say in todays business world. Its more common to have a bad experience than good. Just having phoenix crane out to our area was gonna be two days turned into an extra long day plus an extra day. Bobby on the crane and Joe on the ground with us. made this stressfull time much better . James in the office to Steve coming by and setting things up it turned out good thanks again for making our experience with phoenix crane another good one!

Had a job done recently and not sure why the order was screwed up and a 15 ton Crane was supposed to come out and it was a smaller one.
The young man was professional was only told what to do.
I personally being a business owner would have went the extra mile a helped out my client anyway and brought another crane.
That would have spoke volumes in my book. They were told about the power line near the unit and replied by saying they thought it on the other side. But anyway we had to work extra hard with getting the unit to the proper location and even had to take the old unit down ourselves because
