Had my laptop worked on. The drive was damaged so bad. Left my laptop with them, they looked it over and before doing anything called me first to go over everything with me. Was very professional, helpful, and the staff is great group of guys. I did the whole Geek Squad from Best Buy in the past but by far Rappahannock IT did a way better job and even way cheaper than I've paid in the past from other places. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Our law firm's IT needs have been handled exceptionally well by Rappahannock IT for 5
years !! We placed a lot of requirements on them and they successfully met the challenge. The team there is highly competent, very responsive when a need arises, and very professional to work with at all times. RIT is now hosting our ecommerce platform and I can't believe how fast and responsive our website is now. They are the epitome of professionalism and have a great staff. Anytime we have an issue Cody or George respond within a very short time. I would recommend them for ANY of your IT needs. If you want to future proof your buisness, look no further.

Needed the screen on my Samsung S8+ replaced after I cracked the edge display. They had parts ordered and replaced the screen flawlessly. I was worried because of how new the phone was, that they weren't going to be able to fix it, but they assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. Has been about 3 weeks since the replace and not a single issue thus far.
