I went to get rims and tires put on the other day, turned out the rims did not fit… that would be my fault for not checking before hand but what happened was my truck started to make a noise that got worse over the past week. Come to find out the two tires they took off and ended up putting back on were able to be unscrewed by hand. I will be going back the day after thanksgiving to talk with them and hopefully get a refund for the money they charged me.

If you own a vehicle, bring it to Sols tire, and tell Billy Ellis, Wayne Schwartz, sent you. He,s the best ,and does the job right, the first time. I have been going to Sol's tire for 23 years, and would never go anywhere else, do to shady business, like Firestone, Midas, brake King, Sears . Go today don't delay....

Came for inspection, got charged extra $10 for lamp that was improperly seated in head light. I insisted to fix it myself because it's a 2 second deal but the guy said he would do it for me no problem. Got charged at the end without warning. $10 is not a big deal, I don't mind to pay for the work BUT it was done as a "friendly" service with a surprise charge at the end.

I was referred to them by Central Chevrolet as a place that could inspect my new truck on a Saturday and they'd bill Central. Showed up at 12:55 (not realizing they closed at 1). Instead of shooing me away, the tech was very polite and understanding and said he had something to finish, but would do it right after. He invited me to sit in their cozy, Norman Rockwellesque waiting area, said it would be about a 45 minute wait. He didn't have to accommodate me, but he did. That's something BIG that is missing from a lot of places today: GENUINE SERVICE. 5 stars, guys, just on an inspection
