My father had me performing multiple chores around the house and it was he who got me interested in custom woodworking. In fact, a small wooden tool box that I "helped" him build around the age of 10 still sits on his work bench to this day.
In Junior High and High School, I took multiple courses in Woodworking and Drafting. I received multiple awards for some of my projects in Woodworking. However, the realities of a slow economy at the time did not afford me the opportunity to pursue that ambition. I decided to go back to work in the retail industry working for Handy Andy Home Improvement and subsequently received a promotion to assistant manager at the store I worked at.

While we do not claim to "fix anything", we do offer a wide variety of services ranging from entire K & B remodels to projects as small and simple as picture hanging or changing out smoke alarm batteries or door lock repair. Comments: I hired Tim for an unconventional project.
I bought a couch that was to big to fit down in my basement (measure first folks) and I hired Tim to partially dismantle our door frame/casing to allow for more space and to reconstruct it after the couch was moved.Tim did an excellent job preserving the casing and jam to be resembled. The door closes perfectly as if nothing happened to the jam.

TLS Handyman Services has a work van, a 14' enclosed trailer and a 30'x30' work shop all fully equipped with the tools, job site equipment, hardware and some materials to get the job done in a timely and workman type manner.
