Aalfs, Evans & Company, LLP was founded by Dan Aalfs in 1974. Gary Evans joined Dan shortly thereafter and 47 years later, the firm continues to provide high level tax and accounting services to a variety of valued clients. In 1989 Dan retired to pursue investment interests in Alaska and Louisiana. He has since returned to California and is currently enjoying retirement in Redding. Gary L. Evans, CPA joined Dan Aalfs in partnership in 1976 and started lightening his schedule in 1996, officially retiring in 2002. Gary and his wife, Debra spend a lot of their time enjoying their retirement home in Willow Creek but still call Eureka home.
