My daughter broke the screen of her laptop. I brought it by and he took it apart, got the model number, and put it back together so she could still use it with a desk monitor until the part came in. One it arrived, he had it fixed within 24 hrs of me bringing it back to him. Great service and great personality! Will be back for sure.

We have brought our laptop to Atlas twice now for hard drive issues (unrelated issues on separate drives). Not only did Sean(sp) resolve the issues perfectly, but he also drastically undercharged us for the work he did the first time and didn't charge us anything the second time. I can not recommend him strongly enough. If you're having computer issues, you should definitely go with Atlas.

Sean is a very friendly, genuinely good dude. His prices are fair and he is almost always available to help with your computer repairs. Talking with him while he serviced my laptop, I could tell he knows what he is doing and is very experienced in his craft. Shawn was really professional and very reasonable with me throughout the entire thing. I appreciate his patience and help whenever I had certain issues pop up here and there, and he was able to help fix everything back as they normally were. My 3 year old accidentally knocked my husband’s laptop to the floor and the screen wouldn’t come on. I called another repair company who immediately assumed that I needed a new screen and needed to send my laptop off. I called Shawn and he met with me 30 minutes later and took the time to open up the screen and diagnose that the problem was that the cable was no longer completely connected. In less than an hour, Shawn had the screen working just fine again and we were on our way. THANK YOU Shawn!! Honest, knowledgeable and not out to charge you for what you don’t need!!

If you need computer repair, assistance with any hacking or anything dealing with IT or computer issues, please contact Sean at AtlasEWorks here in Wichita Falls. We recently had our Desktop unit die - Sean made a house call - took our unit in and within one day diagnosed the problems giving us options and costs to repair - he suggested purchasing a new unit due to the high costs of repair (can you believe this from a computer repair tech?) We bought a new unit from Office Depot - Sean updated it with files and data saved from our old hard drive. In addition, we were ready to trash an old laptop
