Horrible craftsmanship, less than stellar follow up regarding the mistakes made buy Luis don’t trust this company as they refuse to fix the mistakes they made on my brand new car! They were paid $5k through insurance and apparently illegally charged me $186 over the deductible, not good and the work was shotty to say the least, TJ style for expensive rates please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs, legal route may be my only alternative now.

My SUV had been sideswiped while parked on the street. I went to Carillo’s because they had treated me well and done good work at a reasonable price for previous repair on another vehicle.
David Leyva helped me out. He was friendly and professional. He pointed out that the damage was rather minor. He volunteered to clip the mud guard back into place and then buffed and polished the scuff marks off the wheel wells, all for no charge. He would not take a payment for the work he did.

Hector is flat out one of the best guys in all of San Diego! Not only did he and his team at Carrillo‘s do a fantastic job on replacing and repainting my front bumper, but Hector even help me with one of my parking lights that went out! Not only where these guys fantastic to deal with and super friendly the entire time, but they actually got the work done a little sooner than was anticipated and the quality was true show room grade. I am recommending Carrillo’s auto body to every single person that I know. Trust me guys, if you need some body or paint work done to your car, there’s no better

I had faulty repairs done by an insurer's partner shop cough*Penske*cough. That shop gave my car back after over a month with issues it didn't even have after the accident. They took it to a dealer that "couldn't find the issue" and I had taken it to one other shop that found one minor issue to fix. An unfortunate accident led me to seek out an auto body shop. My neighbor suggested I head to Carrillo's auto body and speak with them. What a great experience! Hector was extremely patient and helpful with my questions and concerns. In the end they got my new car looking new again! A big Thank You to the true professionals at Carrillo's!
