John brings over 30 years of experience in commercial banking and capital lending and has held positions in banks and capital companies in the following capacities: President & CEO of a Non-Depository Financial Institution, Senior Vice President of several banks and Senior Lender where all positions focused on business lending.
Paul began his career in Mortgage Banking in 1974, after receiving his degree in Real Estate Economics from San Diego State University. Paul has over 40 years of banking and mortgage banking experience. He worked as a Mortgage Banker with Bank of New Orleans and First NBC Bank.

Nation Loan Services understands the processes required for government loan approval and work to expedite the process for each of our borrowers and banks.
The Business and Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loan Program is a loan guarantee program designed to assist credit-worthy rural businesses obtain needed credit for most any legal business purpose. The intent is to save and create jobs in rural America. Loans range from $1,000,000-$20,000,000 million dollars.
Nations Loan Services offers CMBS Loans through its national affiliation with direct lenders. Nations Loan will underwrite the credit. We can provide financing in all 50 states. Loans range from $3,000,000-60,000,000. If a full loan package is submitted to Nations Loan Services, we promise a quick response.
Nations Loan charges no application fees on an SBA 7a Loans. Nations Loan has an affiliation with a national direct SBA lender. Nations Loan will underwrite the loan and submit the application to the lender for approval. Nations Loan will process loans that will range from $750,000-$5,000,000. The 7(a) guaranteed loan program is SBA's primary lending program.
Nations Real Estate Consulting also participates in the Sale of businesses. If real estate is involved, we can also assist in the Sale and the combination of the sale of the real estate and the Business Valuation. Nations can underwrite your company and provide an estimated value based on industrial standards based on your business type.
