Do not use this company. I urge you to use any other company than this company. They will destroy anything they touch and tell you it's not their liability. Case in point, I rented a dumpster from them. When they picked it up, the driver was lifting it when it dropped back to the ground, shattering my 3 year old driveway. The d-bag president blamed it on the driveway itself, not the fact that Jorge dropped it. Just a terrible company, and even worse president, Brian Chesson.

I needed a roll off to dispose of old household goods after a Spring cleaning. I called 5280 Waste Solutions. The scheduling clerk discussed alternatives with me. They scheduled delivery of the rolloff two days later, which they were able to unload on my driveway, keeping my HOA happy. I filled it up and they picked it up two days later, as scheduled. This could not have been easier. I am now ready to hire them again.

UPDATE: Within 24 hours of bringing the issue to the company's attention I received two calls--one from the Director of Sales and one from the owner. Both were very eager to make things right. And they have (or are in the process of doing so). I understand that miscommunications happen and that all companies make mistakes from time to time, and I… appreciate that 5280 owned their mistake and made the extra effort to make things right. Not a lot of companies will do that. So, it seems 5280 is one of the few companies that still value their customers and try to do business the right way.

After having a bad experience with the first driver a couple of weeks ago (he broke of a couple of my tree branches), I have had a wonderful experience with the driver who came Tues 4-12. He was so polite and pulled the waste container out at an angle so as not to hit the tree limbs and without me even asking, he put the new waste container facing the opposite direction! I was loving it! His name was Gabe. So many thanks to Gabe for a great job!!! : )
