Called to ask for an estimate, some random very unprofessional guy answers, takes my address, name, and number then says he will be out tomorrow for an estimate.
Tomorrow was over a week ago now and I haven't heard anything from them. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional, the guy that took my call seemed bothered to even answer the phone.
They may do great work, I don't know, but the customer interaction in my case was horrendous. I can only imagine how fun to work with a company like this would be. No thanks!

I hired this company to put insulation into the walls and floors of my home to make it quieter and not so noisy. It is amazing the difference. They did a great job, and were very prompt. I called and two days later they were at the house to get it done. I am very happy with the customer service, the quality of the work, and the price was fair. Great Job!!

We had a very positive experience! From our first call through the insulation, we were treated professionally and the work was excellent! Chris was very responsive and the workers were very polite and clean. I needed some paperwork for our electric company and Chris got it to me right away. I thought the price was very fair and I would highly recommend their work!

IMPRESSED! Affordable and Professional! We met Chris Lewis, owner of Advanced Insulation when he came to do a free estimate for our newly remodeled family room (garage to family room) project. We found out that our supposedly insulated garage had only 3-6 inches of blown insulation in it, and needed much more before the cold weather set in. Even though all of his crew teams were busy, he made sure that we were taken care of right away due the recent cold/rain/snow storm. One of his crewman, Warren, arrived promptly and was precise in explaining how everything was going to go. They used cellulose
