Dan and his company were great to work with. The online appointment booking worked great and the company was very flexible in scheduling my sprinkler blowout. Dan arrived within the allotted time window and even sent a text 30 minutes before arrival stating he was on his way. I will definitely use Dan again for all of my sprinkler needs!
Burst Pipe Repair - A burst copper, PVC or poly pipe in your lawn sprinkler system is the last thing anyone wants to fix themselves. However there are some quick fixes you can do to slow or stop the flow of a burst pipe, although these are all temporary fixes and a proper burst pipe repair should be completed by a professional.
The Sprinkler Guy provides Lawn sprinkler irrigation maintenance and repair services to help save you time, hassle and money. Used him for sprinkler blow out and he damaged my system and refused to pay for over $1k in damages. He admitted he is not insured and was extremely unprofessional. He admitted on a recorded call that he broke the system. He wrote a response that there is freeze damage which there is not. He broke the smarthome system attached to the valve. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I've used Dan for the last 8 years and had nothing but great experiences. Since Covid - He now is a one-man show. And that is fine with me. Great service diagnosing a pressure issue. Reasonable cost fix. I will continue to use him without hesitation!

I had a new sprinkler system installed with new sod last summer. My grass started to die even though we watered as the landscaper instructed. I heard about Dan through a colleague. Dan came and looked at our system. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with the system that was installed last summer. The landscaper used cheap parts and overwhelmed the system. He also said that the front (not new) needed adjusting as well. He replaced the back yard heads to new water saving heads, adjusted the front heads and even fixed a broken pipe I did not know about for no extra

My older watering system has had a rough season and Dan has been out on several occasions to get it in working order. I trust him, always can count on him, find him reasonably priced and fair. He treats me with respect and explains what needs to be done. I have had three difficult problems and he fixed each one with stellar results. I would recommend him to anyone.

Should be called the "The Scammer Guy". I'm an out of state Landlord and needed someone to evaluate my sprinkler issues. When I booked the appointment I was told that they would call me before any work is to be done to confirm. I even sent them pictures of the known issues prior to the appointment. All I got was a call from Dan that the work was done, had to charge me extra and pay him immediately. He charged me $365 for a $80 Amazon part (which I know they get cheaper) and charged me $65/sprinkler head replacement that was done after the initial visit in which he confirmed that

This guy has a rude demeanor. Used him for a couple of years. He had his girlfriend at the time doing his billing. We received a bill. I called and said "I have a canceled check and this needs to show as Paid in Full". She put her hand over the phone and screams to Dan in the background, they cussed at each other and she said "FINE! I'll take care of it..!" It was the MOST unprofessional thing I've heard. They were obviously having issues and I heard everything said. I referred my daughter to him and he never called her back. I called him and he acted extremely annoyed

My lawn is so green! Dan came out this past spring and fixed my yard and I am the envy of the neighbors. He reset my time zones and switched out several of my older sprinkler heads. He recommended a good lawn fertilizer and the proof is in the photo. I absolutely love my lawn, it's now lush and I am so happy that all it took was Dan's expertise. He's like a doctor for your sprinklers. To get a beautiful lawn, it definitely starts with the sprinklers.

Great work, fast and reliable. Dan came out because I had a small puddle in my backyard. I thought the sprinkler head was broken, I even dug it up myself to fix it. But i had to call Dan and he showed me that the head wasn't the problem, it was a leaking valve in the green box next to the house. He fixed it in about 15 minutes, checked the rest of my system and programmed my timer for me. He even filled the hole I made and straightened the sprinkler head at no charge. Thanks Dan.

We had plans to have them blow out our sprinkler system, but had to move our reservation to another day (and another company who was actually available) because of weather. We called to cancel and their staff agreed to cancel. Later we got a invoice for the full fee because we didn't cancel within 48 hours. Don't choose the Sprinkler Guy.

This guy does not respond to phone calls, we left numerous messages and not once did he return any of the calls. The office staff is extremely rude. Then when the appointment is confirmed, he doesn't show up. This was so disappointing as we have use him in the past without a problem. We will be using someone else from now on, since it appears that he doesn't care about repeat business. Some of his responses to customers reviews just goes to show how he is not a people oriented person. My advise to anyone looking for a good company, look else where other than The Sprinkler Guy.

I would never go with this company. The customer service is awful and extremely rude. We called and cancelled the service before the 48 hour requirement and he still charged us a $90 fee. The company did no work on our sprinkler system. When I contacted them about the $90 fee, Dan was extremely rude and so was his office staff. Also apparently it is wrong to call different companies to get quotes and availability according to Dan (sprinkler guy)

Had a guy out last month who was not able to replicate the issue I had reported, so Dan graciously sent two other techs out yesterday with no service charge, to reassess my system completely. They were not only super nice and very detail oriented, but they were great at explaining the issues and why they had been intermittent. My home is only a year and a half old, but the builder installed sprinkler has been a nightmare. I also had a very shady character show up and pretend to fix things after the great eruption occurred. I had the line fixed by another great company

Now for the update (thus the change in rating from 1 star to 5). There was a scheduling mistake, which I honestly believe was exactly that, a mistake. Although it was a bummer, they were VERY apologetic and Dan came out the very next day. He was friendly, knowledgable and, best of all, FIXED THE PROBLEM for a very reasonable price. Yay!!! I need some additional work done on my system and will definitely have them do the work. Thanks Dan!

I had written a 2 star review for the sprinkler guy in error. The carbon copy in the check book looked like the first visit was over $700 but it was not.
They did a sprinkler blow out and then did repair the back flow preventer. They came back to fix some leaks and had to do some serious digging and trouble shooting to get one leak fixed that was under a concrete slab. I did not interact with the first person but the 2 nd crew was working hard and let me know what was going on.
My apologies to the business for my previous review, it was in error.

My tech, Ruble (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) was extremely forthright in my estimate and very understanding of my need to keep costs down. He worked with me to identify the "musts" and the "maybe laters" and helped me get my whole system back up in running within my budget.
Every conversation I had with Pam was extremely pleasant, and you can tell that they are a company who very much values your business. Nice to be treated well by a company who is clearly high in demand.

Called and scheduled an appointment. Stan showed up and gave me an estimate for over $500. I said I needed to get a few more bids due to the cost. Stan said I owed $80.00 for the estimate. When I called to make the appointment, no one ever mentioned a minimum charge of $80.00 just to show up. Needless to say, I feel they should disclose this when making the appointment. I ended up get two additional bids and both were under $275.00.

When my yardwork company suddenly dropped sprinkler service, I didn't know what to do as the previous owners of the house installed the sprinkler system not very deep and the lawn aeration punctured a few holes in the pipe.
