With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Brian was born (you could say) with a hammer in one hand and a bunch of nails in the other. Born in Ireland into a general contracting family, his earliest memories are of construction sites and building homes. His grandfather started his construction company in the early 1940's and continued until his retirement some years ago.

We work closely with customers who are in the conceptual stages of design and have not yet completed their design and permit processes. The primary course of action is to provide an initial free consultation.
The Home: a classic colonial style home originally built in 1920, with a total square footage of only 1924 sq. The building was in bad repair with foundation settlement, dry rot, inoperable windows and general wear and tear. SF Bay Construction, together with one of our recommended architects, designed and reconstructed the property.
If you're looking for a 'can do' attitude, a high quality product, great service and a very fair price, Brian is your man. Brian and his firm did a great job on the project. He was always cooperative, and the quality of his work was very good. The project involved some structural complexity, including a full seismic upgrade to the existing dwelling, and a mixed structural system including wood framing and shear walls with a steel frames.
