G&S Machine was founded by Gil Hunstad in 1983, as a machining service provider operating from his garage in Waukon, Iowa. G&S Machine's expert welders are highly trained and specialized in the latest welding technologies for small to large production runs and ensure cost-effectiveness. We perform MIG and TIG process welding, manual welding and robotic welding for custom jobs ranging from detailed, intricate components to large, complex productions.
G&S Machine products are finished with a high-quality, custom powder coating process to meet rigorous industrial and commercial specifications. Powder Coating, more durable than traditional paint, is a type of free-floating, dry powder coating which does not require a solvent and is cured under heat to allow for flow and coat formation.
