Services
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki Sessions at Oasis are with our certified Usui/Holy Fire III Master/Teacher Kate Williamson. A Holy Fire III Reiki session takes place on a massage table while you are fully clothed. During a session, this Universal, Source or God-consciousness energy flows through me into you to restore and balance your energy.
Distance Reiki, or remote Reiki, is a healing session that is given while you are (typically) in your own home and your Reiki Practitioner is somewhere else. You do not have to attend in person to receive the benefits of Reiki healing. Many people are skeptical of distance or remote Reiki until they experience it for themselves.
No. Reiki does not require for you to change or modify your religious beliefs. People from all religious backgrounds make up the body of Reiki Practitioners, teachers, and receivers of Reiki treatments. No! Reiki is a complementary therapy that is being used by many doctors and cancer centers. It is in no way, shape, or form a substitute to your doctors' treatment.
Ralo has been the owner of Oasis for 5 years, and has worked out of this salon for over 11 years. In the beauty industry many years, her experience shows in her work and her loyal clientele. This is one of the finest and most accommodating businesses that I know. I started out with one service and now get 3 services every 4 weeks. The service is fabulous as is the staff. Even the staff that don't provide me with a service make it feel like family. If you don't currently use Oasis, you owe it to yourself to give them a try.

I got my makeup done for my prom at Oasis spa this past week. I was extremely disappointed. I got in my car and I cried. The makeup was too heavy, when I constantly asked her to go lighter. The woman’s hands smelled like cigarettes. She was very nice but my experience was not what I had dreamed of.

Kate at the front desk made me feel welcome right away, and then Deb worked her magic in taking me from gray to gold---she took 15 years off of my look! She took the time to get to know me and my style and I am super happy I found Oasis.

Oasis Salon is a 10 from the moment you walk in and get a warm welcome from Kate to Raylo's incredible services. She only uses the highest quality products and her skills for color and cuts are the best of the best. As an added bonus the massages and facials are excellent!

Ralo has been doing my hair for years now and despite the fact that I relocated, I still make the trip to Oasis.
I get compliments on my hair all the time- so why would I mess up a good thing?!
Very talented and experienced but very humble about it. Puts people at ease and makes sure they are comfortable.
The salon is stylish, fun and very clean.
Don't hesitate to go- best hair stylist/ colorist I have ever had. Seriously.

Bottom line up front: GO HERE. This salon is friendly, unpretentious, and a wonderful place to be comfortable while being beautified. My stylist is Susan, can't say enough about her, what a talented warm-hearted person... She rules the world when it comes to cutting men's hair.
Easy in and out... I always get same day appointments...
