Beware of this company, they do not follow up on anything. Went to the store and called for 6 weeks and was told some one would call me about my defective front storm door. No one ever called or came by. Last trip to the store I was told the manufacturer went out of business! Don’t know now if I believe it. Some one came out the next day and sanded it and painted it and fussed about doing it as it was not her job! Oh by the way I only got that done when I showed them my POST!!

I'd give them 0 out of 5 stars if I could. My elderly grandparents were charged $4k+ for new windows that were not installed competently. The front window came in the wrong size, so they had some sort of clear covering for over 2 weeks. They were promised that the window would be ready very soon & install date determined that was a lie. The windows were supposed to have black trim, but the paint is chipped badly on the majority of the windows. The white frame shows through & it's only been 1 day. The caulking looks like my 3 year old did it. There is broken glass all around the
