Awful place where the poor get poorer and the rich get richer. Car towed literally 0.2 miles on a Saturday night due to a brand new hand written sign on a piece of paper being placed on a nearby post that I made an honest mistake of violating because I parked there in the middle of the night and didn't see it. I am a medical student and not an… idiot. Honest mistakes happen. $788 charge because they made it impossible to retrieve my car until Monday, $325 for the tow "because of a contract" and "$125 per night" despite it being impossible to get my car earlier. Don't forget the credit card

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
It’s a total scam. They hold my car for 4 days due to their shortage of drivers and tow trucks. And didn’t let me pay for the tow. After 4 days they came up with a $700 fees which is twice than the original price. Please be careful if you take a tow service from this scammer.

Went to these guys twice. The first time, the passenger door on my right hand drive 1995 Nissan skyline was replaced but they did not line it up properly, when I asked them to adjust the alignment of the door he said “bud it’s just a Nissan”
Then my fiancé took her Ford Explorer there, and they STOLE the expensive $150 floor Matt’s I had just gotten her. When I called about this they hung up on me.

I just wish you treat customer with professionalism ( I know place is busy but be professional) Prices are way too high. Lady was rude, she gave me the quote amount and come to find out it was more when we came to pick up the car. We asked for a discount because, I was promised I would have my car that specific day, I called in August 20,2020 to check for an update because she never called me back as promised which I understand because the place is busy and she told me my car will be ready on that day but wrong. I got my car 4 days after (August 25,2020). Overall, I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Unfortunately I had to find out many more times then I ever wanted to, but I'm glad he… was there for me.
