I loved the lady working at the front desk. That’s about it. My son really needed some help after my fiancé died by suicide. He’s been acting out. Just as soon as he would get to trust his counselor they would tell us “that one left our office , oh but here’s a better one for your son” so he gets to know a whole new guy and then that guy quits, then a week later comes back, then a little later leaves again. It’s just unprofessional. I don’t know how they expect kids to build up any trust and open up when they move them around like checker pieces. Not to mention I told them I wanted

It took over three months for them to see me, I did the intake paperwork online and emailed it in and had to follow it multiple times. Although the CEO replied and asked his staff to follow up immediately I still had to follow up with them again. I was definitely willing to overlook that after my initial assessment with Luis, I really connected with him and he had a lot of valuable insight on specific situations in my life. I was really looking forward to future sessions where we could expand on tha.
HOWEVER... I just received a call from them saying they would be unable to see me because of crimes

Our daughter did not feel that she being engaged enough to talk about her issues, so when my wife emailed the councilor stating our concerns, she basically belittled us and touted about her sandbox qualifications. We aren’t taking our cat in for counseling. HAlso they have made reports to CYFD on the children’s behalf over actions concerning their biological father, they never contacted us to even let us know what was happening.
In summary there are some extremely nice people who work there, but they have not helped our children one bit that we can see and have only felt betrayal from them
