Never Again. Staying here was one of the worst hotel stays ever. Starting with the bait and switch of reserving rooms you reserve at a website that says Towers on the Grove, then you get sent information that says you have to check in down the street at a different Resort Prince Resort. There is nobody from your Resort on site if you need anything you have to call the different Resort and wait for them to bring it to you. You couldn't use the nice pool towels that the resort you were saying at offered, we found out we had to call to the other reaort and got some horrible little cheap towels that

The suite we stayed in was huge! It had a separate bedroom/living room, balcony and total ocean view. The rooms were immaculate and offered us more comfort then we thought possible. The staff tripped over themselves to make sure all guests were safe and comfortable. It would be difficult to find a nicer place!

THE PLACE WAS FANTASTIC!!! ❤️❤️❤️ This is a great place to stay! The first sign that it was great was that there was a person in the loading area directing people where to unload their belongings and ensuring that people don't abuse the loading and unloading area. Each person gets two very nice plush pillows! They have free hot coffee, lemonade, and hot cocoa in the lobby. They supply dishes, pans and utensils for cooking, coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and toiletries. The pools are heated. There is a TV in the living area as well as a TV in each bedroom. For

Hotel was very clean and the suite was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building does have a lock down period that starts after 11pm and you must have a room key card to enter the main entrance to the resort which I though was very secure. My kids loved the pool and it was very clean and kid friendly! I only gave this resort 4 stars because they do not have daily house keeping plus you do have to park across the street in the garage. I realize that it is not very safe at night if you are leaving the hotel expecially if you have small children. However, without a doubt I
