Bo (CEO) is top notch. Roof Garden Christian Church had computer problems. We took our problems to George and Bob's computer service in Somerset, PA. After 8 days and six trips back and forth and a lot of calls and $135.00, we still had no working computer. We then took are problems to Ridgeline and Bo had a working computer in about 1 1/2 hours. The next day he loaded additional software for us. I watched them both at George and Bob's and Ridgeline and you can sure know which is better at what they do.(Bo) If you need help with your computer problems I would highly recommend taking your problems

After my computer crashed, I found Ridgeline by searching online and all the good reviews caught my attention. I was not disappointed! Bo started working on my computer immediately and ran into a lot of issues when diagnosing it. He called me several times just to update me and let me know what he found, and that he was actively working on it. I appreciated the excellent communication, and he definitely went above and beyond to communicate with me.
He promised that he would figure it out and that he'd return my computer in great shape. He delivered on his promise! My computer runs MUCH better

So thankful for Ridgeline Computer Solutions for providing above and beyond great & friendly customer service at very reasonable prices!! I am self employed and the work I do requires constant use of my computer. When my fairly new computer crashed unexpectedly, I was pretty stressed, to say the least!! Bo was so helpful and worked to get my computer repaired and back in business as fast as possible. He is great at keeping you updated during the process. He really cares about the work he does and the customers he serves. Thanks again Bo!

Bo did a fantastic job on my computer and I would highly recommend him to everyone. First and foremost, he repaired all the problems my computer had and they were many. His price was extremely reasonable and he is an absolute joy to deal with. He's professional and prompt with a friendly, kind personality and he offered suggestions for ways to prevent future problems. I couldn't ask for more.

My pc was pretty much a blank screen with no desktop icons because the battery died in the middle of an update that you shouldn't shut your computer off during. I thought I had lost everything. I contacted Bo and he was great. He knew exactly how to fix it and I had access to all my files and my pictures. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for any computer needs.

Fantastic and quick service! Bo updated my work computer to Windows 10, updated all my 'out of date' stuff and got rid of so much unused stuff that I feel like I have a brand new (old) computer! It's great to find local businesses who really care about their customers needs! I definitely recommend RCS llc for all your computer needs, big and small!! Bo explained what he was doing and made certain I understood everything!! He even called back the next day to see how I / my computer was dong and to make sure I was getting a grasp on Windows 10!!
