At Bar Hydraulics, our project managers estimate and/or design a non-welded piping system that will exceed customer expectations. Project managers work directly with customers on-site or from remote offices to design and implement a superior piping system. Our project managers are the liaisons between the customer and our field technicians.
Depending on the customer's requirements, Bar Hydraulics will provide field service technicians to either assist with customer-hired contractors or supervise a Bar Hydraulics provided crew. Our field technicians have extensive training in applying hydraulic schematic and layout drawings.
Each technician is trained to suggest pipe routing and bracket design along with offering detailed instruction on the use of our proprietary bending, flaring and flushing equipment.Our field technicians are not only qualified to bend, flare and install our hydraulic piping systems, but they also manage the installation crew in order to maintain a timely schedule and ensure quality.

Bar Hydraulics has been pressure testing and flushing non-welded hydraulic piping systems for over twenty years. Our equipment has been designed to reduce costs by providing looping fittings, cross over blocks and flushing hoses or pipe spools. Our mechanical joint system incorporates bends and utilizes phosphate-coated scale-free pipe, which requires no pickling or oiling.
