Our company was founded by Frank Capozzoli who was seeking to shift gears and pursue a new adventure in a climate warmer than his native Detroit. When Frank found a company in Florida, he knew it was time to move and he purchased the company in 1994. At the time, it had just three employees and a small presence in the community.

Nick and his staff were closing up shop when I arrived to their Shader location. Instead of turning me away they reopened their operation and took 6 of my fire extinguishers without hassle! Their turn around time was so quick that they called me at 9am the next morning to pick up all 6 extinguishers. As a business owner I can't stress enough how convenient, professional, and friendly they were. Nick great job running that operation! We will be back soon for any services that we need!

It amazes me that they have higher scores. I have dealt with this company for over a year and I am officially done with them. You can call when you need something and they show up when they feel like it... If they even show up. They're rude and you start to get questionable invoices that you can't fight when you're under contract... Stay away!!!

Find another supplier, I did!
I contacted Nick to have my extinguisher re-cert'd. He requested photos to research it. I sent (2) including a close up of the sticker w all the info on it. After he said come in, $50 I drove 40 minutes there only to have him say they don't work on those!! A complete waste of 2 hours & Orlando traffic. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you can trust the employees, cause this place isn't one of them

This is a great company to work with. I have had them maintenance my fire extinguishers for years and their work has always been fair and honest. The company I work for sells and installs paint booths and when the need for a dry chemical fire suppression system arises I only call United Fire Protection. They have never failed to supply excellent products, service and support. I highly recommend them.
