Green Quest Homes was started by William "Bud" Hagy in 2010 after seeing a need for quality, well-built homes at reasonable prices in Northeast Ohio. Bud has lived in the Greater Cleveland area for more than 45 years and is a serial entrepreneur having started multiple businesses in real estate, manufacturing, and retail.
In 2010, Bud hired experienced General Manager, Tim Hinkle, to manage the day to day operations of Green Quest Homes. Before joining Green Quest Homes, Tim worked in various roles with other local builders in Northeast Ohio. Tim has over 27 years of construction industry experience and he brings a wealth of knowledge to help guide homebuyers through the building process.

Harvest Pointe is perfectly situated near highway access, including I-480 and the Ohio Turnpike both of which are less than 3 miles away, and also provides easy access to State Route 83.

Green Quest Homes is a custom home builder and can customize any plans to your specifications. The Bently Loft floor plan is a variation of the Bently Floor Plan below. This plan includes a large front porch and a mud room with cubbies leading in from the garage. The kitchen features a large island that opens up to the great room.
