My business has been using them for 5 years. Now normally; I am not a fan of insurance companies .... but they are great ! We recently had a break in at the biz, and had a check within 7 days. I call Cat several times a year to add collision to my car, when my Son comes home on his breaks from school. It's like a $20 transaction, with no profit for them; but Cat is so pleasant about it ! Well done !

The office manager Cat Williams is absolutely phenomenal. I had an issue going on with my insurance coverage. She was able to resolve all my issues in a timely manner. Excellent customer service is a rarity nowadays and she went above and beyond. I am truly glad I’m with State Farm and especially Keith Starr agency.

I have been a State Farm customer with Keith Starr's office for over 2 decades. I stay because of the dedication of Keith and his staff, especially Cat! She is honest, dependable, personable, and has actually become a friend because of who she is. I know if my daughter or myself have any issues, questions, anything going on, we can call Cat and get real help. It is like the good ole' days, when you actually had a relationship with businesses! We will always be with Keith Starr's State Farm...they have earned our loyalty by giving us theirs!

I have been a Keith Star customer for 13 years and have had an amazing experience. I feel like they are part of my family. Bobby who is no longer with the agency was my first experience as family member, as he helped me through an unexpected death of my husband and my son who turned 16 all at the same time. Upon his departure he handed me over to the amazing and wonderful Catherine, aka Cat! I can tell you she is in my life at least once a month :) The people at the Keith Starr agency are the true meaning of customer service. Thank you ALL!

He is an awesome agent and human. I was holding my infant and holding my 2 year olds hand and trying to pick up a to go order at a restaurant. He was on his day off. Not working. He came and held the door open for me to leave the restaurant(he left his food and his table because he was actually dining in) and he offered to hold the baby(he did a great job holding the baby) , my husband usually helps me but on this day he had a legal obligation to attend. Keith is an awesome human. I'm not a customer but when I am in the market for insurance in Nevada(no longer live there), I will definitely come
