Services
Out East Therapy of NY is composed of over 200 professionals located in Nassau and Suffolk County, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech and language pathologists, social workers, psychologists, nurses, and audiologists. We work in several school districts throughout Long Island and provide home-based services to children through the Nassau and Suffolk County early intervention and preschool programs.
Out East Therapy is able to provide a variety of services to suit your child's needs. We are approved early intervention providers according to the requirements of the NYS Department of Health. We are also approved related service providers through Nassau and Suffolk County and the New York City Board of Education.
All Out East therapists are licensed and certified. We are also NYS Department of Health approved to provide Early Intervention Services, Nassau and Suffolk County approved to provide Related Services, and New York City Board of Education approved for preschool and school age children. All therapist certifications require criminal background checks.
Come see the variety of swings including the infant swing, flying trapeze, platform with slide and ball-pit, rock wall and all of our tactile and fine motor equipment! Our therapists will evaluate children (ages birth through 21) and provide on-site treatment in our fully equipped gym. The gym is composed of a group of Occupational Therapists, dually certified speech and language Pathologists/Audiologists, and Physical Therapists.

From the bottom of my heart I can't say enough wonderful things about Krista Debler and her staff and the business she runs. Her genuine warmth and desire to help shines through in all her actions. When I found out my daughter needed services I was sad to say the least. Krista was patient and compassionate and turned the entire experience into a fun event and my daughter absolutely loved going. She went above and beyond her role to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. My daughter has tested out of services and to this day my daughter misses going and asks to go back!!!!

My family and I love Krista Debler and the staff at Out East Therapy. From day one, Ive had nothing but a great experience with each professional, either in my home or at the office. I loved interning with Krista and her staff. They have always been professional and knowledgeable in their field. Out East has a wonderful relationship with parents , children and the many service providers. My daughter and I LOVE KRISTA DEBLER. She dressed up as Elsa for my daughters 4th birthday party when she heard my Elsa had cancelled on me last minute. Krista hadn’t known us that well or that long, but there was little children who she couldn’t stand to see let down, so she had the biggest heart to take the time and dedicate to my daughter and her friends🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️At no charge, out of the goodness of her beautiful heart. Krista has an amazing capacity to work with children and they LOVE her my daughter tells me she wants to go see her at OUT EAST THERAPY all the time

We LOVE Miss Krista and the others at Out East Therapy! We have been coming for over a year now and have only wonderful things to say about the group. We walk into the office and are greeted by a friendly staff who love my daughter! The PT and OTs are just fabulous, I would highly recommend Out East!!

I had the absolute pleasure of working as a Speech Therapist for Out East Therapy for about a year before moving out of state. Krista was the most outrageously supportive, kind, and resourceful boss I have ever had the joy of knowing. The group at out east is collaborative, multi-disciplinary, passionate, and knowledgeable. It was amazing to be able to get an understanding of my students needs by having the opportunity to collaborate with their other therapists. What a great way to treat the whole child. I learned so much from other therapists there that I give credit for often, as I work collaboratively
