The Winchester Mystery House is an extravagant maze of Victorian craftsmanship in the middle of Silicon Valley. Sealcoating the old main driveway gave visitors a glimpse of what the home might have looked like when it was built.

Century Paving is my top tier contractor. I have more than twenty asphalt contractor phone numbers and oversee over 300,000 SF of parking lot surfaces for industrial buildings in the IE. My involvement goes way beyond a homeowner with one driveway. I do my own plans that get submitted to about four contractors for bidding on each job. Once turned in, I meet with property owners to decide what contractor gets the bid. Most jobs are in the $30,000 - $50,000 range. Century over the years has done the whole spectrum of work...overlay, full AC repair, ADA curbs, grind and overlay, crack filling

Century Paving was the asphalt company our landlord used to repair our old parking lot. The thing that impressed me the most was that after the first rain there were no more puddles of water every where. The new grade ran everything to the drains. I also believe the previous company made the parking spaces to small. Nice to have no puddles and a way to open my door.
