We worked with Russ to plan our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to stay at a Sandals resort and were interested in one of the smaller resorts. Russ ultimately helped us pick Sandals Grenada. He had visited the resort and made recommendations that were exactly spot on. He urged us to stay in a beachfront room and the view was amazing! We spoke with many other guests at the resort who frequented Sandals resorts and they mentioned the same pros and cons Russ pointed out when we were planning our trip. He really knows travel and is a Sandals expert.

While it is certainly easy enough to book much of our own vacations online these days, when something goes wrong and experience is needed it's nice to have Russ on your side.
We had a Scandinavian cruise, flights and hotel booked through RD Travel when everything started going sideways with COVID-19. Russ handles it all, knowing when to hold 'em, and when to fold 'em. Gave me great peace of mind.

If I could give less than one star I would! He is only consered with his share of the money. We did all the work and he wouldn't break down the cost, plus charged us $50 bucks for our work. Stay away from this agent, trust me on this! Found another agent that broke everything down and was cheaper than this ripoff!

Racist company.. I called and a man told me that he could not make a deal with me bcuz i had an accent and he did not understand what I said.. he also said he only deal with americans..
he should learn spanish and french like me and not be an ignorant and racist person i hope this business goes down. All ppl have accents even in the USA cuz are from different places come on that guy was really idiot..
