We use custom soap mixes to release dirt and kill mold and mildew with power washing mold removal.
Composite type decking materials are getting very popular. They are advertised as maintenance free, unfortunately we have all learned that this is more hype than truth. Now of course, it is great that these materials do not rot, but they are FAR from maintenance free. Composite deck cleaning is still very much required.
Wood Decks and Fencing restoration is required to keep it intact. Restoration always includes staining or sealing the wood as well. I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. I was free to choose what areas I wanted washed (i.e. roof, house siding, back patio, front walk) with no pressure to do any more than I wanted. In fact, the owner advised me that in looking at my roof only a section needed cleaning rather than the whole roof. Whatever choices you make are broken down separately on the invoice so you know exactly what you are paying for. Scheduling was done with enough notice. The job was very professional and everything looked great when they left. I will use them again.

Good communication and the house looked great! After the job was done Nate called me. He thought he might’ve quoted me $10 lower than what the bill was and wanted to verify. Neither of us could remember so he gave me the lower price. He could have easily just billed me and hope I didn’t notice. In my opinion that was excellent customer service. Was totally unnecessary but he did it anyway to make sure I was happy with the service! I’ll use power play again and recommend them to anyone who asks!
