My wife has been going for years and is very happy with the results and the overall office experience which is very important. My one thing is I stopped by to get my wife an Xmas gift certificate for some Botox she wanted done. The office staff was great but they gave me a black n white photocopy “thing”. No formal GC or envelope or anything. Guys, get a little more professional and provide clients with a nice gift certificate and envelope. Clients spend hundreds of not thousands of dollars for work. You should be able to provide a professional gift certificate. It’s a minor thing but I think
