Kenny let the fact that he's in position of power over some one , over take his ability to treat his customer or client with respect and decency. After accepting the cash payment of 250.00 for bond and even handing back the change , Kenny waits until we're heading for the door to go get my friend out of jail , only to reveal - he has changed his mind and at the last moment and decided to BREAK the AGREEMENT we had only moments before- made.
