We celebrated a teenager's birthday using the stretch hummer. The hummer was clean and magical! We loved the interior galaxy on the ceiling as well as the "fireplace." The kids loved the attention and felt so special. James was happy, kind, and helpful...all the things you want from a service like this. The customer service was top notch. What a great experience! I shopped around looking for transportation for my friend's bachelorette party, and I found James with Primo Limo. From the beginning he was prompt and professional, and the quote was really reasonable! We ended up getting the stretched Hummer, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The bride-to-be was extremely pleased when he rolled up to pick us up, and it really added the perfect touch to her celebratory night. It was waiting for us whenever we wanted to go to our next destination, and James was very reliable and flexible regarding timing and locations

Had a great experience with James and Primo Limo. When our original plans had to be changed because of rain, James helped us come up with a new plan and was very accommodating. His service was professional, the car was clean and well stocked, and he communicated prior to and on the day of our ride to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely use him again!

I rented the hummer for my oldest daughter’s prom night and it was beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased in the limo and the service we received from this company. James and one of the other drivers have driven us to five events. One time we hired them to bring eight girls to Crabtree Mall for a birthday party and another time to view Christmas lights. They are safe, reliable, and affordable. Personally, I won't use anyone else after how many consistently reliable times we have used their services.

We used Primo Limo for our daughter's birthday celebration, and we couldn't be more pleased! James was so easy to work with, and he was kind enough to reschedule our dates when the December snow came through NC and changed our plans. He was on time, a great communicator, and the limo was clean. The girls loved it, and we'll definitely be using Primo again!
